Appointed agencies become Network Partners by reserving territory and meeting our E&O and licensing requirements. You can also help us recruit and onboard agencies already in your program network. We handle the infrastructure—you maintain program control and carrier relationships.
Do we need to pay for distribution or routing infrastructure?+
Partnership structures vary by program size, appointed agency count, and co-marketing scope. Email partnerships@1800insurance.com to discuss custom arrangements. In most cases, we charge agencies directly for Network Partner status and share routing revenue with program partners.
Can we customize scripting and qualification criteria?+
Yes. We work with MGAs to script intake questions that qualify shoppers for program eligibility before routing. If you need specific underwriting info collected up-front, we'll train our team and configure routing logic to match your appetite and program guidelines.
How do we track which agencies are converting specialty inquiries?+
Our coming-soon partner dashboard shows call volume, routing outcomes, and conversion metrics by appointed agency. This helps you identify top performers, adjust territory strategy, and optimize program distribution over time.
What if shoppers call for specialty lines we don't handle?+
We route based on coverage type and appointed agency authority. If we receive inquiries outside your program scope, we'll refer shoppers to other Network Partners or general agencies in our network. You only receive calls for the lines you specify.
